HEALTH AND BODY CARE

EASY WAYS TO MANAGE STRESS

What is stress

Stress is the reaction of body to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. It is caused by Three factors:

1. The demand on a person's physical and mental abilities;
2. The ability of that person to to meet the demand; and
3. The strength of his preference to fulfill the demand.

For example if a person is required to do something (Demand for activity) which will bring certain desired results (strength of his preference) but he/she is unable, completely or partially, to perform that activity, he/she will feel stress.

However, if someone is unwilling to achieve a desired result, no matter how much load of demand is or his inability he/she will not be stressed.
